Connecting to jackbox.tv / Help

No separate app is required to play,  simply open your web browser and connect to jackbox.tv  (DO NOT USE JACKPAD)

Any device that has a web browser supporting web-sockets and HTML 5 may work as a controller for the game

Only one user can login per browser (per device)

Make sure to have cookies & JavaScript enabled on your browser (cookies will allow you to rejoin the game if you get disconnected)

Rooted or jail-broken devices are not guaranteed to work

Disable any ad/pop up blocking software (they don't always play nice with jackbox.tv)

Make sure that the following ports are set to open on your firewall and router 80, 443, 843, 38202, 38203

*If you're having frame-rate issues while streaming from XSplit, right click on the source you added to your scene, and disable Special Optimizations

*If you're having frame-rate issues while Playing on PC. Go to Settings>Power & sleep>Additional power settings>Show additional plans and choose high performance 

*Users experiencing low FPS or FPS loss after upgrading to Windows 10 may resolve the issue by disabling the Xbox DVR feature.

 If you are having trouble connecting to the games, here are some tips that will solve most issues.

-Refresh the web page

-Force quit and close the game using your console controller/PC keyboard, then re-try

-Clear the cache/cookies/history from your web browser, then force quit and close your web browser (Only do this before a game has begun)

-Power down your console/PC and wait 1-2 minutes, then power back on and re-try

-Reboot your router

    For the past two nights I keep having connection issues when my friends play JBP4 on Twitch. Any attempt to submit an answer (I tried to play Monster seeking monster and Survive the Internet) and I would get an error message. In the case of MSM, I could choose who to date, but chattting would cause the error message and i would have to log back in to continue playing. Is anyone else having similar issues?

    Try clearing your browser cache, that should fix the problem.

    Hi Jackbox. Bought the game on iOS, really took a chance on it for the £24 price tag. Watched a few videos first of all, seems amazing. Can't seem to find any other players though when I'm waiting, is it because it's just new on the app store- or it's not connected to all servers (computer, ps4 etc?) Help! -£24 & Bored!

    Paul, these games are local play only, there is no online multiplayer/matchmaking, sorry.

    Save The Internet straight up does not work on my laptop, Windows 10. I can create a game but when I start the game, it stays stuck on the fake desktop.

    Fiona, so sorry for the hassle. Please exit and force close Steam, then log-back in, uninstall and re-install pack 4 and see if that helps.
